What happens after my free trial ends?▾
Pick a plan to keep your codes live. Unpaid codes get a 7-day grace period (links stay active), then pause — your data is kept and reactivates instantly when you pay.
Do you offer a refund?▾
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial payment, contact support for a full refund. No questions asked.
What counts as an active QR code?▾
Any code you haven't deleted. Paused codes still count toward your plan limit — the cap only prevents creating new codes, it never breaks existing ones.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?▾
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in Manage billing. Before confirming a plan change, review its effective date and any prorated charge or credit. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?▾
Both plans include every feature — tracking, scheduling, variants, webhooks, bulk creation, the API, and team collaboration. The only differences are the QR code cap (50 for Pro, unlimited for Business) and the API rate limit (60 req/min for Pro, 600 for Business).
Are taxes included in the price?▾
Advertised prices exclude applicable taxes. Review the final total on the secure payment page before confirming your purchase.
Can I use my own domain?▾
Custom short domains are not available yet. Dynamic QR links use our domain and can direct visitors to your own website.
Do you offer a white-label option?▾
Yes — the Business plan includes white-label hosting pages. Your QR code landing pages show your branding with no "Made with" footer, so scanners see only your brand.
How secure is my data?▾
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You can export or delete your data at any time.
